Great for tummy control while jogging
I had all but given up jogging after my third c-section. On a whim, I tried wearing these undies. Everything was "held snug" and the discomfort that had kept me from running, skipping, jump-roping, etc. was gone. I am stocking up; and very excited to get back on the treadmill and trampoline!
