Disappointed like Amy
I agree with Amy (9/08). I have worn this bra for many, many years. For the past few years, the cups dent and become deformed by the 3rd washing. When I first began purchasing the bras, they lasted without dents for about 10 washings. Since I am VERY small,(actually I am flat-chested literally),I never fill out any cup and need this bra for the impression of a bust, something totally unavailable to me in any other bra. The dents give me away, but what choice do I have? I have tried the other petite Wacoals but the straps are too wide and show under sleeveless tops. I am tall, but very small on top. C'est la vie!Price doesn't reflect the quality
This bra was very disappointing considering the price. I purchased it at Macy's about a year ago and would return it if I could. I normally wear a size 34A but had to purchase a size 34AA because the cups on the 34A were too big. The padding is thick and non-removable in the size 34AA. Even with all the padding it does nothing for cleavage in my case. I thought with all the padding it would at least look smooth under clothing, but the pads quickly became dented and deformed from normal washing and storage. I have another Wacoal bra that has been through the same wear and tear, and it hasn't gotten dented and deformed like this one has. If I buy another Wacoal bra I will be saving the receipt and purchasing it from a store with a good return policy.HOLY GRAIL !!!!
This Bra is like the Holy Grail for petite woman. I never realized until I bought this bra that with every other bra I have owned, the cups were spaced to far apart. Which kinda kills the whole "pushed-up cleveage" look ! (The Wonder Bra did no Wonders for me.) I have been a bra shopper for 25 years and always felt that I was just not gonna be one of those girls with clevege. And not due to having breasts that are to small. ( I am a 36C ) But because no matter how big your cup size if the cups are'nt close together and the straps short enough, you will have boobs that are smack dab in the middle of your chest. Period.I am not kidding when I say, that I walked around for three days admiring my amazing new "Boobage" ! My husband is quite thrilled too.
Being Petite is not just about being under 5'3. Some of us have long legs and short torso's.
Thank the "Petite Heavens" for this bra. I am just petrified that they may stop making this little gem.
