I bought these briefs because i had a myomectomy (benign tumors on the uterus removed) several months ago. My muscles are still real flabby down there and it hurts sometimes when i've walked around a lot.
But wearing these briefs is just wonderful! Not only does it support my muscles so that my tummy looks flatter but it encourages me to have better posture and tighten my upper abdomen muscles too.. and best of all, my incision doesn't hurt when i have been wearing these. I bought 4 of them and am considering buying more! I never knew how helpful briefs like this could be. I am slowly getting back to exercising, but it is a real moral booster to not look like i am 5 months pregnant all the time!
