  I bought these shorts for my 89 year old dad, whose priority is fit, comfort and good value for the money. He not only hasn't complained about any of these areas, he actually gave his rare compliment of telling me he likes these shorts!

• July 1, 2009COMFORT FIT PLEATED SHORTS

  I got the shorts very quickly, they are as advertised and quite comfortable. The fit is right for the size indicated and seems to be constructed well and the price was super. A real value. No skimping, good size pockets too. I wish I needed more summer clothes because the quality and pricing is so good.
  I am adding this addendum: 7/27/09 I have had the shorts only about a month and they quickly became a favorite but they have developed a 'run' in the material off the seam and the fabric seems to have fatigued so that it actually pulled apart. It is not in a tight area and the shorts have been washed only twice. I do not think this should have happened as it hasnt ever happened to shorts in such a short time. after a few years maybe wear but not so fast, ever. I am disappointed that they gave way so quickly. Only worn in the lowest stress situations. short walks, nothing strenuous at all and it never happened to any other shorts even those worn to work or sports. It is like the fabric developed 2yrs or wear and wore out in less than a month.

  I bought these shorts because most Officials supply companies sell white referee shorts for ridiculously high prices. These are the most comfortable lacrosse officiating shorts I have bought. The price is excellent as well.
