  • December 12, 2009Just Okay

Purchased these to workout at the gym and liked the price and fast delivery.

Not too excited about the shorts though. Main complaint is that the elastic around the waist already feels like its well worn, doesn't fit very snug around my waist. Yes, I could return and try a size smaller, but I think the legs might be too tight than. I'll just keep them and continue looking.

Thought the material was a little thin and they are a little longer than I'd prefer.

Waahhh- Waaahhh...... Okay, I'm through whining now!

  • December 12, 2009anvil cotton shorts. the pockets are too shallow

the shorts are inferior to what Champion makes. But right now I cannot find Champion cotton shorts with pockets. The main problem with these is you will end up losing you keys, cell phone etc as the pockets are too shallow. If you don't carry items in your pockets, get the Champion shorts as they are cut better and made with better fabric and elastic. My thought is why are the Champion shorts with pockets unavailable right now?

  • November 1, 2009Great shorts, low price

I bought 3 pairs of these for my husband and they seem to hold up very well with daily use. He says they are very comfortable and you can't beat the price.

  • August 29, 2009Good But Could Be Better

Though the shorts are comfortable, it would be nicer if they were thicker, as my old sweat shorts (brand unknown) were a tad thicker. Also, they feel a tad scratchy. However, I like them better than the so called athletic mesh shorts or athletic shorts that are too fashionable & lack comfort.

  • August 3, 2009not too long, not too short...just right. very good value

Very good product and the price is right. These end up just above the knee. I hate those stupid "mid shin shorts" (capri pants) men have been seen in recently. God those look stupid. I also wouldn't want to go back to those real short ones of the 1970s. These shorts are neither extreme. Just good looking and comfortable. I bought two, then bought four more.
